Supercharge Growth ("we", "us", "our") operates superchargegrowth.com, an AI-powered ad creative platform for Health & Wellness DTC brands. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our services.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of data:

• Account data: name, email address, and password hash when you create an account.
• Brand Kit data: logos, color palettes, fonts, and tone-of-voice guidelines you upload.
• Product images: product photos you upload for use in ad creative generation.
• Generated creatives: output images and copy created during your sessions.
• Usage data: pages visited, features used, coin consumption, and session timestamps.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, and cookies.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Supercharge Growth platform.
• Generate ad creatives based on your brand and product inputs.
• Manage your account, billing, and coin balance.
• Send transactional emails (account creation, password reset, billing receipts).
• Monitor platform security and prevent fraud or abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your brand assets or generated creatives to train AI models without your explicit consent.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored in a secure Turso (LibSQL) database. Uploaded images and generated creatives are stored in Cloudflare R2 object storage, encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with a cost factor of 12 and are never stored in plaintext. Session tokens are JWT-signed with a private secret and stored as httpOnly cookies.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the platform:

• Cloudflare R2 — image and asset storage.
• Turso — database hosting.
• AI generation providers — used to generate copy and background images. Your product images and brand data are transmitted to these providers solely to fulfill your generation requests and are not retained by them for training purposes under our agreements.

6. Cookies

We use the following cookies:

• sg_session — an httpOnly, secure session cookie used for authentication. Required for the platform to function.
• Analytics cookies — used to understand how users interact with the platform. You may opt out via our Cookie Policy.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your data.
• Export your data in a portable format.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated creatives and uploaded assets are retained for 90 days after account deletion, then permanently purged. You may request immediate deletion at any time by contacting us.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice in the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
